I'm still trying to unlock the right arm HP (^^") I guess I need to destroy every enemy before dealing with the train, but I'll give the machine-gun w/ micro missles build a try, I think that'll work well (though dual wielding in the the Portable version without eliminating the ability to purge weapons is near impossible).
