I'm fine with the katoki looks. THe TV version has a lot of rounded edges(especially the legs) and it's not easy making those out of hard edges.

Energypacks are too cylindrical, energy pack holders are too blocky. Looks like a modified Wing Zero to me.
But if it's just the prototype, it's a different story.

If it's a proto and the final product's quality is more EW-ish, I would.
