ACVD servers are going down after over a decade (game was released September 2013).
"Armored Core: Verdict Day PS3 and Xbox 360 servers will shut down on March 31st, 2024 at 5:00 PDT | 14:00 CEST | 21:00 JST.
After this date, AC:VD will continue to be playable offline.
To all players and fans who have enjoyed AC:VD over the past 10 years, we offer our heartfelt gratitude for your undying support."

"As of Sunday 31st March 2024, online services for ARMORED CORE VERDICT DAY (PS3, Xbox 360) will be terminated due to deterioration of the game servers.
The following features will become unavailable once online services have been terminated:
World Mode
Mercenary features
Territory Customisation
Ranking
Team Menus
Other features tied to online elements
Trophies/Achievements linked to online elements will become unobtainable, and “Soldier Model” DLC will also become unavailable.
Please note that Story Missions will still be available to play offline.
Thank you for playing ARMORED CORE VERDICT DAY. We would like to offer our sincerest thanks to players who have continued to support the game over the ten long years since release."
