Why not use a blade with a hover extension tank.
If you're going for something that packs a punch with LGL, why not use a lighter tank with HP or R3 on the left?
Also, if you're not going to plan on hovering forever, there's no reason for kongoh, it's a horrible generator.
D2 is a horrible FCS as well, because in Last Raven no weapon is dependable at ND ranges, use F73H.
