ACLR Part Break Values

I don't think they're AP. They're not weapon attack either. They might be weapon attack after defense mitigation. So far they seem rather arbitrary. When the value goes down to 25%, the part gets damaged, and when the value is at 0, the part gets broken (with the exception of cores and weapon arms.)
